I can see that you’ve just filled in an instant valuation and you're probably feeling quite disappointed with the actual figure I understand that, the reason for that is because it purely is just a gathering of data from different sources so it will collect data from right move from Zoopla and from Land Registry and then it will take all of these figures and it will throw out to you a figure which is roughly 60% accurate because the computer doesn't know about you two Storey extension that you just put on the side the house, it doesn't know about your new kitchen, new bathroom and the size of your rear garden.
